The Spindletop Youth Soccer Association Rules, Policies, and Procedures have been updated as of February 12, 2018. You may obtain a copy of this document below:

The changes to the prior set of rules are:

  • Added Part 17, “Tryouts and Team Formation”
  • Added Part 18, “Team Transfers”
  • Added Part 19, “Rules Changes”

This document supersedes all prior versions of the SYSA Rules, Policies, and Procedures.
